Mr. Stuart co-founded Sageview in 2006 with fellow Kohlberg Kravis Roberts alum Edward Gilhuly. The firm teamed with KKR last year to complete the purchase of Montreal-based Air Canada Technical Services for $907 million. Mr. Stuart joined KKR in 1986 and served on KKR's investment committee from 2000 until 2005. Transactions in which Mr. Stuart has participated at KKR included Duracell, RJR Nabisco/Borden and Texas Genco. He heads Sageview’s Greenwich office.
